About this role

Guardian Life is seeking a collaborative consultant to drive the Service and Operations Strategy for their Financial Protection and Retirement Solutions division. You will independently lead complex workstreams, translating strategic roadmaps into actionable plans for service, operations, and contact center functions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess current states, identify opportunities, develop business cases, and design operating models.

Evaluate strategic levers including automation, digital containment, and AI

Manage execution across multiple initiatives and track KPIs
