BUSINESS ADVISOR, BDC ADVISORY SERVICES (OPS EFFICIENCY & STRATEGY)

BDC is seeking a Senior Business Advisor to join their Advisory Services team in Toronto. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and leadership teams, helping them improve operational performance, accelerate growth, and strengthen organizational capabilities through consulting mandates. You will leverage your expertise in operations and technology to deliver impactful solutions for Canadian small and medium-sized businesses.

• Advise entrepreneurs and leadership teams on operational performance and growth
• Deliver consulting mandates for Canadian SMEs
• Leverage expertise in operations, technology, automation, and AI
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, and timelines
• Act as a subject matter expert in operations and technology-enabled business performance
• Contribute to business development and solution design
