Principal Consultant (Senior Manager) - Finance Transformation

Capco is seeking Principal Consultants to join their Finance Transformation team in London. This role involves helping senior finance leaders optimize their functions through operating model redesign, process transformation, and technology delivery, with a focus on leveraging AI tools responsibly.

• Deliver finance transformation programs including regulatory change, finance technology, and operating model redesign
• Partner with CFOs and C-suite stakeholders on finance strategies and regulatory reporting
• Define business requirements and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Design and implement stress testing frameworks for risk and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with technology teams on digital, automation, and AI solutions
• Experience in finance transformation within financial services or management consulting
