Revantage Corporate Services is seeking an Investor Services Analyst to support April Housing, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, completing, and distributing financial reports to investors and lenders for affordable housing properties. You will work with a global team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, contributing to the preservation and management of critical housing stock.
What we are looking for 6
- Review and validate investor and lender reporting for Section 42 Low-Income Housing properties
- Manage tracking records and set up recurring entries in Salesforce
- Communicate with property management companies and internal teams regarding reporting requirements
- Respond to investor and lender inquiries and manage shared mailboxes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel
- Experience in investor reporting, lender reporting, or debt analysis
