- Coordinate and execute M&A transactions within the Healthcare Services sector
- Prepare marketing materials, financial analyses, and valuation models
- Build and maintain client relationships
- 3-4 years of investment banking experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
