Management Consultant - Operational Resilience & Cyber

Capco is hiring Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk professionals to join their Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime team. You will advise clients in the financial services and energy sectors on regulatory expectations, design resilience frameworks, and implement controls. This role involves delivering transformation programs, leveraging AI tools for enhanced analysis and decision-making.

• Deliver operational resilience assessments and scenario testing
• Support regulatory readiness for PRA, DORA, and other frameworks
• Assess cyber posture and third-party risk
• Define and implement governance models and reporting
• Guide technology implementation for cyber and operational resilience
• Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk
