What we are looking for
6- Administer and analyze Sales Incentive Plans
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Drive adoption and maintenance of Incentive Calculation Management (ICM) technology
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or MS Access
