Senior Consultant, Restructuring, Corporate Finance

FTI Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant for its Corporate Finance segment to provide litigation support in insolvency and commercial disputes. You will conduct research, prepare financial analyses, and draft reports, while also having opportunities to assist with restructuring engagements. This role requires travel and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Conduct research on valuation topics
• Review document productions and investigate case background
• Prepare financial analyses, projections, and models
• Draft mediation decks, expert reports, and testimony outlines
• Assist with practice development and market research
• Support restructuring engagements assessing business plans and cash flows
