Investment Banking Analyst, Energy - Houston

Santander is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join its rapidly expanding energy practice in Houston. This role offers strong client exposure, accelerated development, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing team within a global financial institution. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of investment banking experience, preferably in the energy sector, and a strong understanding of corporate finance.

• Support deal execution, including preparing pitch books and client presentations
• Perform detailed valuation analysis using various methodologies
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate across teams
• Participate in client meetings and deal discussions
• Conduct in-depth industry and company research
• Engage directly with senior bankers and clients on live transactions
