Investment Analyst

Greystar is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the execution of new acquisition and development activities. This role involves conducting market research, financial modeling, and preparing analysis to assess the feasibility of new investment strategies. You will also contribute to performance monitoring and reporting for existing strategies, driving informed decision-making.

• Analyze market data to identify investment and development opportunities
• Prepare financial analysis and detailed DCF models for investment initiatives
• Monitor performance of initiatives and deliver key metrics
• Support internal and external relationship management through reports
• Gather and analyze data to support investment strategies
• Degree in a business or analytical subject with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
