What we are looking for 5

Analyze financial statements and market data for M&A and capital raising transactions
Support deal teams in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and refinancings
Develop foundational knowledge in corporate finance and valuation
Work collaboratively with senior bankers and client teams
Expected graduation between December 2028 and June 2029
