Associate Director, Management Consulting

Teneo is seeking an Associate Director for its Management Consulting division. In this client-facing role, you will partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategy, leveraging rigorous analysis and Teneo's unique expertise. You will independently drive engagements, challenge assumptions, and translate strategy into action across various sectors.

• Drive business and growth strategy, defining ambitions and translating vision into actionable priorities
• Independently structure and lead fast-paced client engagements with limited oversight
• Interact directly with senior clients as a trusted advisor
• Connect business capabilities, product, and technology to enterprise strategy and value creation
• Develop strategic roadmaps for capabilities, operating models, and investments
• Lead operating model, organization design, and merger integration work
