Financial Operations Analyst

Boys Town is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. This role partners with leadership to provide financial analysis, improve reporting, and ensure fiscal stewardship for mission-driven programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

• Manage financial and accounting operations for assigned departments
• Validate financial data for integrity and consistency
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs
• Lead annual budget development and scenario planning
• Provide financial insights for organizational initiatives
