Manager, Commercial Finance

Liftoff is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Commercial FP&A team. This role will be responsible for recurring financial reporting, variance analysis, and supporting executive-level presentations. You will partner with commercial and sales operations teams to provide insights for optimal business decision-making.

• Own recurring revenue reporting workflows and variance analysis
• Prepare executive materials for KPI reviews and Board presentations
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue movements and explain performance trends
• Support quarterly sales target-setting and commercial commission review
• Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams
