Capital Markets Analyst 2/3- Leveraged Finance / Public Debt & Equities

Regions is seeking Capital Markets Analysts to support their Leveraged Finance and Public Debt & Equities teams. In this role, you will partner with senior team members to build financial models, prepare client marketing materials, and conduct market research. This position offers a clear path to Associate roles, developing analytical skills and building valuable industry relationships.

• Assist in the development and creation of client marketing materials
• Generate financial modeling including LBO and DCF analysis
• Prepare transaction offering documents
• Conduct industry and market research
• Complete valuation analyses
• Assist in financial due diligence
