Lead supply chain strategy and advisory engagements for major retailers, translating high-level objectives into structured analyses and transformation roadmaps. Act as a key client contact, driving problem-solving sessions and contributing to executive-level storytelling and proposal development.

• Own and lead major workstreams in supply chain strategy and advisory
• Translate strategic objectives into structured analyses and deliverables
• Co-develop retailer strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact for defined engagement areas
• Support executive-level storytelling and synthesis of insights
• Lead internal capability building and mentoring efforts
