Finance Analyst

Join Medtronic's Cardiovascular Finance team as a Finance Analyst to support core financial planning and analysis activities. You will partner with leaders to provide financial insights, drive decision-making, and improve reporting processes for a global portfolio of cardiovascular therapies. • Support FP&A reporting, forecasting, and business analytics for the Cardiovascular portfolio
• Partner with finance and business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Develop and deliver recurring FP&A reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support executive presentations
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of finance/FP&A experience or advanced degree with 0+ years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
