About this role

Cenovus is looking for an Investment Appraisal & Portfolio Management Analyst to support capital allocation across its integrated portfolio. This role offers exposure to corporate finance, strategy, and transaction activity, involving the development of financial models and impact analysis for various projects and opportunities. You will also manage the enterprise-wide corporate model and drive automation for improved efficiency.

What we are looking for

Develop and maintain financial models for capital projects, commercial commitments, GHG initiatives, and A&D opportunities
Prepare corporate impact analysis for transactions and portfolio opportunities
Steward the enterprise-wide corporate model through planning and forecasting cycles
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to inform corporate strategy
Develop analysis and presentation materials for senior leadership and the Board
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields
