About this role
HUB International is seeking an Associate Financial Manager to join their Employee Benefits Data Analytics Group in Chicago. This role involves assisting with client financial data, developing reports, benchmarking benefit plans, and supporting renewal negotiations and vendor procurement.
What we are looking for
6- Assist with maintaining the HUB financial database
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Create summaries benchmarking benefit plan provisions and costs
- Assist with evaluation and negotiation of renewals
- Help with initial creation of client budgets
- Respond timely to client requests and conduct vendor calls
