About this role

Empower is seeking a Workplace Planning Consultant to join their Personal Wealth consultation team. In this role, you will guide customers on retirement savings options like 401(k)s and IRAs, particularly during significant life events. This is a remote, entry-level position with a base salary plus bonus potential.

What we are looking for

Provide phone guidance on retirement accounts during key life moments
Discuss 401(k) and IRA options to meet customer goals
Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and compare options
Deepen customer relationships with Empower
Requires FINRA licenses or ability to obtain them
Minimum 1 year experience in performance-oriented roles
