LCMC Health is seeking a System Manager of Labor Productivity to oversee labor productivity reporting, analysis, benchmarking, and standardization. This role partners with hospital executives and operational leaders to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support effective labor utilization. The position also leads the system position control process and manages productivity systems.
