Coordinate leasing deals from LOI through execution
Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities through financial modeling
Create and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
Analyze portfolio performance and prepare financial reporting packages
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
