Customer Investment Management Analyst

As a Customer Investment Management Analyst, you will be the primary contact for managing customer agreements and invoices, ensuring Diageo pays accurately for contractual obligations. You will validate and code claims, collaborate with various internal teams, and maintain 100% compliance in all invoicing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in German and English.

• Reconcile invoices with contracts and evidence of met obligations
• Validate and code claims for assigned customer cluster
• Liaise with customers and sales teams on invoicing issues
• Perform volume analysis and calculate customer invoice amounts
• Ensure 100% compliance in invoicing and audits
• Fluent in German and excellent business English
