Senior Financial Analyst

The University of Chicago seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Provost's Financial Strategy and Capital Budgeting office. This role involves providing analytical and project management support, collaborating with financial leaders across the university, and assisting with budget development and financial management for assigned units. The analyst will also contribute to university-wide financial data analytics and reporting.

• Support budget development and financial management for assigned university units
• Analyze unit forecasts and proposals for accuracy and conformance
• Develop recommendations for cost containment and programmatic changes
• Perform business case analyses and quantitative modeling
• Prepare financial presentations for leadership
• Develop and implement financial performance metrics and methodologies
