Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst in Gurugram to support their Finance Operations vertical. You will be responsible for collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes. This role involves financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise
• Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in period-end close
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Experience in a third-party service environment
• Willingness to work flexible and night shifts
