About this role

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst for their Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) US Sales team. This onsite role involves partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue growth through forecasting, quota planning, and financial analysis. You will manage revenue close activities, track business trends, and support reporting and compensation processes.

What we are looking for

Provide financial analysis and develop revenue growth plans with sales leadership
Prepare quarterly business reviews and provide actionable guidance
Support annual quota planning and revenue/expense forecasting
Manage month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities
Evaluate opportunity pipelines and implant trends
Report and analyze cost of sales and P&L results
