Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leader

Lead delivery excellence and agile transformation for a national digital transformation and PMIS advisory practice focused on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will establish governance standards, translate client needs into structured plans, manage risks, and develop playbooks to scale delivery teams. This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with some travel.

• Establish and maintain delivery cadence and quality standards
• Translate client priorities into structured delivery plans
• Implement Agile, hybrid, or fit-for-purpose governance models
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and onboarding methods
• Monitor and escalate risks, schedule, and budget indicators
• Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for delivery staff
