- Analyze financial performance, quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, and cash flow
- Identify key trends, risks, and deal considerations impacting valuation and deal structure
- Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports and client deliverables
- Engage with clients and target management teams on key findings
- Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Valuations specialists
- Develop junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing
