Analyst Intern, Investment Banking

FTI Consulting is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst Intern to support M&A transaction origination and execution within the TMT sector. You will build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and assist in creating client presentation materials. This internship offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex international mandates.

• Support M&A transaction origination and execution
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses in Excel
• Assist in creating client presentation materials
• Conduct research and synthesize complex analyses
• Pursuing undergraduate or master's degree in finance, economics, or business
• Prior internship experience in investment banking or corporate finance
