Experienced Consultant, Energy & Utilities

West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join their Energy & Utilities practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This role involves solving complex business and technology challenges for clients in the energy and utilities sector, focusing on strategic advisement and technology implementation. You will take ownership of workstreams, analyze business processes, and develop actionable recommendations, with opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.

• Support energy and utility clients on strategic, operational, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
• Analyze business processes, operating models, customer needs, technology capabilities, and data
• Own defined workstreams and deliverables, managing priorities and producing client-ready work
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders
• Build knowledge of the energy and utilities industry, including grid modernization and energy transition
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and support data-driven recommendations
