About this role
Join Mizuho's Structured Products team in New York as an Associate, where you will provide essential structuring and analytical support for public and private ABS and bank-funded securitization transactions. You will play a key role in client presentations, transaction modeling, and collaborating with coverage teams to originate, market, and execute primary market ABS offerings.
What we are looking for
6- Perform structuring work for ABS and bank-funded securitization transactions
- Analyze collateral and build deal models using Excel, Intex, CAS, and VBA
- Explain structural output and present recommendations to clients and investors
- Develop transaction models, including credit risk retention models
- Collaborate with industry and relationship coverage teams
- Utilize AI tools to enhance delivery speed for pitches and analysis
