Senior Analyst - Associate, Family Office Advisory (New York and San Francisco)

Support prominent individuals and families by managing personal, financial, and administrative aspects of their lives. This role involves coordinating with advisors, executing client operations, and building trusted relationships to ensure seamless experiences and address complex needs.

• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client requests
• Execute client operations including onboarding, bill pay, and cash movements
• Coordinate with internal partners across investments, operations, tax, and legal
• Support wealth transfer, tax, insurance, and philanthropic strategies
• Build trusted relationships with estate managers and other intermediaries
• Maintain accurate client information and project tracking
