Investment Accounting Associate

William Blair is seeking an Investment Accounting Associate intern to join their investment accounting and corporate actions team. This role involves reconciling security positions, market values, transactions, and cash balances, as well as processing corporate events. You will work with internal trading groups and custodians to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform accounting reconciliation for investment accounts
• Reconcile daily transaction activity, security positions, and market value
• Address accounting and account related requests from clients
• Develop expertise in investment accounting principles
• Assist with training of new investment accountants
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
