Portfolio Analyst

The position requires advanced Excel skills and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting.

• Analyze and report on financial performance
• Coordinate and present budget and forecast data
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes
• Reconcile operating costs and property taxes
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
