Lead Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will transform financial data into actionable insights that guide business decisions, resource allocation, and long-term strategy for the Sage Business Unit. You will collaborate with functional leaders to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, while also driving improvements in FP&A processes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights influencing strategic priorities and capital allocation
• Analyze expense budgets (SG&A, centralized functions) to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency and scalability
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 4+ years of FP&A experience
