Director, Strategy & Business Management

This role involves shaping strategic direction, identifying opportunities, developing transformational strategies, and executing initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.

• Develop annual strategic plan and actionable execution plans
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business challenges
• Deliver market and competitive intelligence research
• Prepare and present strategic updates for senior management
• Build strong relationships across strategy teams
• 5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
