Senior Consultant, Business Management (Transfer Agency and AML)

Lead financial, resource planning, and operational efficiency for Transfer Agency (TA) & AML operations. You will partner with business leaders to drive financial plans, manage workforce capacity, and improve organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

• Support financial plan delivery and budget creation
• Manage financial forecasts, FTE targets, and capacity plans
• Lead headcount, capacity, and resource planning
• Optimize resource allocation and streamline recruitment
• Lead monthly reporting on financial performance, FTE, and capacity
• Provide senior leadership with analysis and recommendations
