You will lead teams, manage workstreams, and facilitate client workshops to optimize processes and drive organizational change. • Lead client engagements focused on organizational change, optimization, and transformation
• Manage and mentor small teams to solve complex client problems
• Own workstreams from strategy and design through implementation support
• Facilitate client workshops and present to senior stakeholders

• Coach and develop junior consultants
