Change Management Consultant – Banking & Wealth Transformation

Capco is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant with a strong background in Banking and/or Wealth Management to join our growing Malaysia practice. You will guide financial institutions through complex transformations by developing structured change approaches, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems. This client-facing role requires a blend of change management expertise, communication skills, and a solid understanding of the financial services industry.

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for transformation programmes
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
• Manage stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement
• Develop and implement change communication strategies and materials
• Support business readiness and adoption post-implementation
• Experience in banking or financial services transformation
