Consultant, Staff Augmentation - Planning and Performance Management

Join Strata's newly established Staff Augmentation team as a Consultant focused on Financial Planning and Performance. In this outsourced role, you will administer financial systems, perform financial analysis, and drive customer adoption of Strata's software solutions. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit and strong financial planning experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Manage budgeting, long-range forecasting, capital and business planning, and performance management
• Perform detailed analysis and recommend module configurations
• Partner with customers to support tool adoption and develop process workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications
• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
