About this role

JLL is seeking an Analyst for its Office Investment Advisory Team in San Francisco. This role focuses on sales, joint ventures, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate transactions. You will be involved in all stages of transactions, including underwriting, market research, and preparing offering materials, working in a full-time, in-office capacity.

What we are looking for

Underwrite commercial real estate transactions using Argus & Excel
Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions
Manage due diligence, marketing, and closing processes
Review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals)
Build client network through meetings and industry events
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or banking preferred
