This is an opportunity to work with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams on complex, cross-border deals.

• Lead and manage execution of live M&A and capital markets transactions in the Technology sector
• Develop presentations, financial models, and analytical materials for client engagements
• Apply advanced financial and quantitative methods to evaluate and execute transactions
• Coordinate and review analytical work of junior bankers
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence
• Foster relationships with various product teams and stay updated on sector trends
