About this role
This 10-week summer program is for first-year MBA students seeking impactful project-based assignments within M&T Bank's Finance organization. You will support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams, providing analytical and strategic support to senior leadership on business planning, financial performance, and enterprise priorities.
What we are looking for

- Conduct financial, operational, and strategic analyses
- Partner with Finance leaders and business stakeholders
- Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership forums
