Finance Financial Planning & Analysis Graduate

Join Marsh Risk's Finance FP&A team in Milan as a Graduate Financial Planning & Analysis professional. You will support the Finance Director in consolidating and reviewing forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for Italy and the Eastern Mediterranean & Caspian Region. This hybrid role offers a 6-month paid internship with potential for an apprenticeship contract.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and planning outlooks
• Maintain understanding of revenue drivers and business trends
• Prepare financial planning information and reports
• Assist in month-end close process and financial data analysis
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
