Enterprise Valuation Consultant

Bank of America is seeking an Enterprise Valuation Consultant to provide expertise in estimating enterprise values for a diverse portfolio of companies. This role involves preparing valuation reports, supporting underwriting, testing valuations, and responding to valuation inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, complex transactions, and business valuation methods, with the ability to work independently under deadlines.

• Prepare enterprise valuation reports for complex domestic and international companies
• Provide expertise and independence in enterprise value estimates
• Test enterprise valuations prepared by credit teams
• Demonstrate strong understanding of business drivers and valuation methodologies
• Work autonomously to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
• Communicate effectively with credit teams and manage multiple assignments
