Senior Benefits Analyst, Financial Wellbeing

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their Total Rewards team. This role focuses on shaping the strategy, performance, and oversight of North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs. You will use data analytics and financial acumen to optimize benefits design, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and improve vendor performance.

• Develop strategic roadmaps and executive dashboards for financial wellbeing initiatives
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget workflows for North American retirement plans
• Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, and government filings
• Analyze vendor performance to drive cost-containment and streamline workflows
• Create high-impact presentation materials for leadership and educational content for employees
• 5-8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration
