Mercer is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Compensation Consulting team in Bangalore. This hybrid role involves managing client projects, developing compensation solutions, and building client relationships. You will be responsible for project planning, progress monitoring, client presentations, and proposal creation.

• Manage client projects from planning to delivery
• Develop and present compensation solutions
• Create proposals for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation consulting
• MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent
