Strategy and Workforce Transformation Managing Consultant

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead workforce transformation initiatives for the Department of Homeland Security. You will guide a team in developing and implementing strategies for hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development.

• Lead teams in strategic human capital and workforce transformation efforts
• Develop and implement revised hiring, retention, and performance management processes
• Conduct current state assessments and formulate recommendations
• Analyze human capital data to glean critical insights
• Develop metrics for evaluating transformation effectiveness
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments and direct team work
