Financial Analyst, Reporting & Consolidations

Mars is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly U.S. GAAP consolidated financial statements. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and evaluating financial information from various business units to support the consolidation process and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and debt covenants.

• Assist with preparation of U.S. GAAP consolidated financial statements
• Collect, evaluate, and analyze financial information from business units
• Support periodic close and consolidation process
• Prepare financial statements and documentation for footnotes
• Improve quality of data collected from business units
• Ensure compliance with financial statement and debt covenant requirements
