Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making at Powerex, an industrial technology provider. This role translates financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance and growth, with a focus on reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Lead annual budget process, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
• Track monthly performance and analyze budget-to-actual variances
• Build financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
• Perform revenue, margin, and profitability analysis
• Assist with month-end close and inventory accounting
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing
